True North’s sales/finance reps were amazing!
Darren Demers is truly the ‘Cadillac’ of sales reps! He is always extremely professional, helpful and he goes above and beyond to make you feel like a satisfied customer! He explains every detail about the actual deal and aspect of the vehicle to the fullest. I have had a few follow-up questions for him and he gets back to me immediately, with the same courtesy I received when I first stepped into the dealership.
Ian Bennett in finance was also exceptional! He was thorough and extremely personable. I had a complete understanding of my deal.
This is my second Cadillac purchase from True North and it won’t be my last! I am truly ‘sold’ on the True North Chev, Olds Cadillac dealership! Outstanding business sense from their sales reps, to their service department to Randy Sunstrum their courtesy driver. They are all truly a class act! Thank you True North!
